Psychotherapy for trauma, grief, loss, and life transitions.
We offer trauma-informed psychotherapy in North Bay, Ontario, and virtually across Ontario for individuals navigating grief, loss, and major life transitions.

Our approach is feminist, anti-oppressive, and grounded in deep respect for each person’s lived experience. We provide a sex-positive and 2SLGBTQ+ affirming space where clients can explore emotions, relationships, and personal challenges with care, steadiness, and compassion.

We work with Canadian Armed Forces members and veterans and accept Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) referrals, with direct billing available. Eligible Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) funding may also be accepted for First Nations and Inuit clients.
Wherever you are in your journey, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Land acknowledgement
North Bay and the surrounding areas that we work from sits on the territory of Nipissing First Nation, the territory of the Anishnabek, within lands protected by the Robinson Huron Treaty of 1850. We are grateful to be able to live and work on these lands.
We recognize that the professions of psychology, psychotherapy, and social work have roots in colonial violence. We understand that we have a responsibility to continuously work to decolonize the practice of psychotherapy and acknowledge the origins of the various healing practices we utilize.
