Specializing in:

  • Youth and teen mental health

  • Anxiety, self-compassion, and resilience

  • Life transitions and identity exploration

  • Nature-based and experiential approaches

In my work as a psychotherapist (Qualifying), I draw from a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and client-centred lens. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I support clients in slowing down, reconnecting with themselves, and finding compassionate ways to navigate the challenges they’re facing.

I come to psychotherapy through a rich background in education, nature-based work, and community care. As a qualified teacher, outdoor experiential educator, yoga instructor, musician, and therapeutic wilderness guide, I’ve spent years supporting people of all ages to build resilience, confidence, and emotional awareness in both traditional and unconventional spaces.

I have experience working with youth and teens (12–18), adults across the lifespan, and individuals who feel most at ease in nature. My work often focuses on self-esteem, life transitions, emotional regulation, anxiety, and reconnecting with purpose. I strive to create an inclusive, welcoming environment where all identities and lived experiences feel seen and respected.
