Clinical Supervision for Therapists Seeking Depth, Support, and Connection

Clinical work can be deeply meaningful—and at times, isolating.
Supervision offers a space to pause, reflect, and feel supported in the complexity of the work you hold.

With over 12 years of experience as a psychotherapist, I offer clinical supervision grounded in presence, curiosity, and respect for your unique way of working. Whether you’re early in your practice or more seasoned, this is a space to deepen your clinical insight, build confidence, and feel less alone in the process.
I offer supervision for:

-
Registered psychotherapists and qualifying therapists
-
Newer clinicians looking for guidance and confidence-building
-
Experienced therapists seeking depth, reflection, or a fresh perspective
-
Therapists working with grief, trauma, and complex loss
-
Practitioners wanting a more relational, intuitive approach to their work
My Approach to Supervision

My approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded in real clinical experience.
I don’t believe supervision is about being “evaluated” or having the right answers. Instead, it’s a space where we can:

-
Explore the therapeutic relationship
-
Sit with uncertainty rather than rush to solutions
-
Reflect on countertransference and what’s being stirred in the work
-
Deepen your trust in your own instincts as a therapist
-
Gently expand your clinical lens

I draw from my background in psychotherapy, grief work, and my own lived experience with loss. This informs how I hold space with honesty, compassion, and depth.

What We Can Explore Together
Supervision can include:

-
Case consultation
-
Navigating challenging client dynamics
-
Grief and trauma-informed care
-
Ethical considerations and boundaries
-
Building confidence in your clinical voice
-
Preventing burnout and tending to yourself as a therapist

Session Options

-
Individual supervision (virtual or in-person)
-
Dyadic or small group supervision
Sessions are collaborative and paced in a way that supports integration, not overwhelm.

You Don’t Have to Do This Alone

So much of this work happens behind closed doors. Supervision can be a place where you bring what’s heavy, uncertain, or unfinished, and have it met with care.

If you’re curious about working together, you’re welcome to reach out or book a consultation.
